I am a professional ,friendly and decent nurse assistant male work in aged care, i live in a 2bedrooms apartment good furnished,a spare bedroom well furnished with queen size bed,wardrobe,tv in bedroom standing digital heater and fan in the is a silent ,peaceful and scrub environment of four sets of 2 bedrooms units,there is a balcony,huge garage and laundry room with washing machine,internet available,lots of utilities oven ,grill,fridge/freezer,slow cooker,rice cooker ,electric moisture boiler and plenty storage space to use, shared bathroom which has a shower and a bathtub to soaking after a hectic day,toilet separate and shared just between myself and a apartment has got a front and backdoor with very safe and secure locks for saftety. Unattached Room (spacious solo room) with Joint bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Payment is either by cash on arrival or 5days in advance bank transfer (ask for details) guest hold the apartment scrub and tidy,no smoking in the apartment,no extra visitors is allow to remain
